Chosen Remnants ~New Year 2023

The bible speaks of remnants that God leaves in the earth as Agents. I believe that there are some people that know or if you’re like me this has always intrigued me, I know but deep inside this was always a feeling that I had in me for a very long time…

From what I’m learning about the remnant is that the bible reference to Remnants refers to those who are leftover. I typically, hold truth to the scripture which impacts my thinking daily when I think of Typically what remnant means in the Bible is a reference to those who are leftover. It is most often a reference to the people of Israel however there are instances where this has been used while alluding to other nations. Here is an example of the remnant as it refers to another nation.

God’s Remnant: In the Old Testament some passages refer to total destruction of a nation (e.g., the Babylonians in (Jer. 50:26) When God brings judgment on the people, however, he does not destroy the faithful with the wicked, but leaves a remnant (Ezek, 6:8; Mic.2:12). The concept of a remnant stood for that part of the nation who were faithful even though most people rejected the ways of God (Isa.4:2-4). The fact of the existence of a remnant is said to be due to God himself (Isa 1:9; Zeph.3:12). The remnant, then, is the real people of God, a concept we also find in the New Testament, “a remnant chosen by grace” (Rom. 11:5).

So, here we are the question I asked, “Am I remnant of God”?

God’s remnant are those who acknowledge God in all their ways, even when their ways sometimes do not please God. They are the ones who always confess their sins to God while believing He is always faithful and just to forgive them of their sins and to cleanse them from all unrighteousness.

The New Testament tells us in Romans 11:5, “Even so then, at this present time, there is a remnant according to the election of grace. That’s you and me my sister and brother.

It would be for us to identify this truth in our actions. It’s not based on the God or our church, but God of Heaven is who we serve.

You need proof? Ok; In the book of Isaiah:

During the days of the Prophet Isaiah, God gave Isaiah a vision of Israel. The vision was told by Isaiah in Isaiah 1:1-9. Isaiah said the nation had become “a sinful nation, a people laden with iniquity, a seed of evildoers, children that are corrupters: they have forsaken the Lord, they have provoked the Holy One of Israel unto anger, they are gone away backward.’ Isaiah went onto say in verse 9, “Except the Lord of hosts had left unto us a SMALL REMNANT, we should have been as Sodom and we should have been like unto Gomorrah.”, but to God be the Glory He thought of us.

Today we are those believers who believe that God ‘s Grace & Mercy

God’s remnants are those who understand they are saved by grace and not by works. They do not abide by the false teaching that you have to be living something, (works) in order to go to heaven. They simply do their best to live for God because they already know they are going to heaven. That blessed assurance alone “Don’t Play” with God! it doesn’t mean you live anyway you want in Sin ~whether knowingly or unknowingly sins (God give us a conscience – no excuse)

Lord Help Us!

Today the church serves as God’s chosen people ~ Yes, I like to add those who confess that Jesus is Lord! (NT) And like the children of Israel, the church has become a sinful nation, comprised of believers laden with iniquity. They are a seed of evildoers, with children who are corrupter. They have forsaken the Lord and have provoked the Holy One unto anger. They have gone away backward. But despite the state of the church, God has once again left a small remnant. A remnant that is far from perfect, but a remnant that trust God.

The question we should ask daily ~ are we truly God’s Remenant of Today 2023 – Don’t know about you but I will continuously be working towards that for this New Year!

Blessings!

From Mess to Mastery: Finding Beauty in Chaos

Uncluttering the Mind!God of The Bible for you and for Me

I’m a big fan of a number of genres of books i.e crime/mystery, historical/nonfiction, memoirs, a Hugh fan of book TV, DIY projects, writers, newsworthy programs and people in general who has made a mark here on earth and what it took to be noticed or famous. I especially admire actors who move themselves out of the box of what they are famously known for a particular role and take another role that we as the audience has not seen before. I can sit at Book TV of authors of Biographers, fictions, non-fiction Syfy I can go on and on. I become fascinated when the author explains of why they wrote about what they wrote about for me I’m taken on a journey with them and admire their Candice of giving the reader a glimpse of their mind of how the book was processed for me it’s very inspirational I’m learning about myself as I grow in my lifetime as I have seen people come and go. I have a fixation of people who has passed on reading obituaries whether people I know or I thought I knew of how they would like to be remembered or have had a meaningful life my touching someone near or far. Wisdom is knowing that we are not to be on this earth living forever but I like to add what will you be remembered as. A reality check for me that if you know me I believe there is truly a God known as our Father, Jesus (known as the Son) and the Holy Spirit

The Trinity

“Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, these three are one is our Holy Trinity, which teaches that there is one God who exists in three distinct persons: the Father, the Son (Jesus Christ) and the Holy Spirit.  Each Person is Fully God, sharing the same divine essence, yet they are distinct from one another.  This concept is supported by the biblical scriptures, such as 1 John 5:7, which states that “there are three that bear witness in heaven; the Father, the Word, and the Holy Spirit; and these three are one! There is another scripture I love too the next verse 1 John 5:8 referring to when Jesus came to the earth; the Sprit, the Water, and the Blood are three witnesses on earth”. These three bear witness to the identify of Jesus Christ, with the Spirit representing the Holy Spirit at His baptism, the water symbolizing the cleansing of (our) sins through baptism, and the blood representing the sacrifice of Jesus during the crucifixion.  This agreement signifies that all three aspects of Jesus life and ministry. The Water, The Blood and the Spirit (God the Father, God the Son. God the Holy Spirit) and these three are One.

God is Awesome!

I remembered some time ago, as I was sitting on a train one hot summer morning and was mediating and the spirit make me look at this abandoned house where there were trash and broken pieces from neglect of the house and there stood the most beautiful rose standing in all of that I almost wanted to scream does anyone else see what I see and it felt God was telling me it may be trash and debrie all around you but I see the finish end in you and I tell you and can’t remembered if I was going through or exactly what I was going through but I knew right at that moment God was there with me. I also think of when I say you have to unclutter your mind (I often look at people when they lived a normal life but something clicked in there mind that they became hoarders- I think the show is Hoarders: Buried Alive” “If Jesus knocks on my door will I be able to let him in. There is a gospel song “I want to be ready when Jesus come” is a reminder for us all ~ unclutter your mind, unclutter lies, unclutter unforgiveness, unclutter, unclutter ~ you fill in the blanks.

BLESSINGS!

Bible Study – Let’s make it meaningful.

God ‘s Power is referred to as Omnipotent (All Powerful – no one stronger than He)

There are many reference as to the power of God.

Scriptures about the Divine Power of God

1 2 Samuel 22-23

“For who is God except the Lord? Who but our God is a solid rock? God is my strong fortress, and he makes my way perfect.

Lesson: Week 1

If only we can use this scripture daily in our lives. There are so many distractions that comes along that we sometimes becomes weak in our faith. There is a correlation between 2 Samuel 22:33 and Psalm 18:1-3 I love you, Lord; you are my strength. The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my savior; my God is my rock, in whom I find protection. He is my shield, the power that saves me, and my place of safety. I called on the Lord, who is worthy of praise, and he saved me from my enemies.

Sub-Title: The perfect Storm – You can only depend on God!

There are many books of people that wrote about how they were in predicaments of life or death situations. I can speak of my own life of situations that I have been in dire situations in which I know without a doubt that if it had not been for God who was on my side, the outcome would have been entirely another story. I would not have come out of that situation but because of God Grace and Mercy here I am today!

Some people ask “why am I here” or what purpose am I here on this earth for” “It seems like something is missing out of life; “Life seems unfair” and the most heartbreaking many feel that they want to give up by suicide. I find out during this stage of my life; that instead of criticizing when people are misbehaving that I find myself praying for them. Yes, sometimes I have to ask for forgiveness because sometimes my prayer is not what God wants to hear; I get rebuked every time.

I tell anybody that may be going through tough times or depress to first seek God and get help from a license therapist or someone you trust whether it be your pastor for those who know the Lord, Yes, folks that believe can go speak to someone as well when they are having those feelings as well. For those who don’t my advice get a bible let God speak to you and ask for direction. I guarantee, you will find answer if you only believe and trust him, Oh, yeah make sure you ask God to reveal to you the right person who loves the lord and teaches from the bible most all remember that person is human just like you. I’m not sure, who will be reading this but remember we are all sinners saved by grace, I like to say there are no Big “I”s” and no Little “U’s” in the Kingdom of God’s Family. Simply, said God is not a respecter of person meaning you can have a degree or no degree (simple focus) God treats all of His children the same. Can you imagine, those who have children; one parent will have a favorite child if there are more than one child; but our Heavenly, Father says that each and every one of us or His favorite child!

Never Thirsty; put it this way so eloquent:(Lead to me by the Holy Spirit)

Acts 10:34 tells us that God is not a respecter of persons.

Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, “Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons . . .”   Acts 10:34 (KJV)

The Greek word that is translated as “respecter” is prosopolemptes. It means “to show favoritism.” Therefore, what does it mean that God does not show favoritism? In some Bibles the word “partial” is used instead of “respecter.” That communicates the same idea. God is not partial or we could say God is impartial in His dealings with people.

God is not a respecter of persons.

How Great Is Our God!

My Brother and My Sister In Christ ~ Ponder on this!

May God’s Grace and Mercy be upon you and let your prayer be Psalms 115,

Psalm 115

Not to us, Lord, not to us
but to your name be the glory,
because of your love and faithfulness.

Why do the nations say,
    “Where is their God?”
Our God is in heaven;
    he does whatever pleases him.
But their idols are silver and gold,
    made by human hands.
They have mouths, but cannot speak,
    eyes, but cannot see.
They have ears, but cannot hear,

God Is Merciful!

God Grace and Mercy be unto you from God our Father!

Grace, mercy and peace from God the Father and Christ Jesus our Lord.” (1 Tim. 1:2) goes deep for undeserving folks (me included) but we can rest assure that God is Merciful! Some may know exactly what this means; Bless you but I’m speaking to someone who may not know how Great is our God for being so merciful towards us.

There are many biblical figures written about in the bible how God granted mercy. How ironic if truth be told we are underserving looking to be somewhat deserving saints only saved by God’s grace so important that each day we remember this title; s\ “God is Merciful”

I would like to begin this series I pray; from the book of Genesis with a man name Abraham.

Abraham has been preached to many who has been searching as to what is the bible, who is God, who is Jesus, and who is the Holy Spirit. it all starts in this book. Then there are some who says that you should read from the NT books first and work your way back to the OT. I tend to agree with that as NT reveals OT I would say for clarity but remember learning about God is always eternity in other words just because you may get some revelations I want you to remember the phrase “some revelation” because as you continuously read your bible you will never get all the understanding of what God is speaking to us individually and collectively. Yes, God is Merciful.!

Abraham has been known to us as one of bible characters as being a Giants by most scholars of the bible (those who read and study the bible definitely more than I do) who takes the time to digest by writing and comparing with our scholars I believe they are on the same plane as Theologians. Abraham title has been given aa the Father of Faith. Genesis has so many nuggets in there; but let’s focus on Abraham.

Some say, and I agree that if you look at the life of Abraham and read your newspaper of today you can find similarities and differences between what is going on even today. Genesis is even called the book of beginnings and I mean everything; the first of everything nothing new under the sun. The first, the first and the first. God has been with Abraham since he was born in other words God doesn’t just wake up and say I will use this or that person for a specific person I believe God has already decided who he will use for a specific purpose; but don’t lose sight that God only uses those that are in the bible. Thank God that the bible speaks that he can use you and I. Oh my God I’m praying for one that may be reading this post and saying even me and I hear to say yes He can.

I want to leave you with this scripture: Genesis 18:19; 19-29 I know you though I was going to start from Genesis. 1; but not now; Chapter 18th tells how great God is and How God is truly a merciful God. There was a land called Sodom and the people who lived there just like us was full of sinners. Those people just like us deserved to be punished; just like us deserved the wrath of God. This is where I agree with those that same Abraham was Giant (Giant in this case; is a special person who thinks about others) Abraham I gotten word from God that he will destroy the land of Sodom because of the sin. What di Abraham do he pleaded with God and each time God granted his proposal. I love this part of the story because it too let us know that we shouldn’t give up when we go to prayer. I wanted you to hear this as the bible stipulates that Abraham got a response to his request and some wonder if he kept going would God grant him his request. I would like think yes; or it could be a metaphor that God is telling us today that He can be merciful to us as well. At the time Abraham is asking God it almost seem that God was giving these people of Sodom every opportunity to be spared. Do we ever stop to remember that if not for the great mercies of God that we would all still be the objects of his wrath? I love the psalmist who sang somebody pray for me. I believe that even you and I who may not have know who in our family tree that prayed for us and we are still here. There is a purpose for each of us; I believe there is a calling for us in this season. I’m almost there!

Pray with me: Father, in the name of Jesus; I thank you that you are merciful God for all of those who come seeking and searching for you. Most of all I pray for those when they come with a sincere heart that fhey would receive the scripture “Ask, and it shall be given, Knock and door shall be open, Seek and ye shall find. Thank you for what you’re doing and Thank you for what you are about do. Thank you for your Love, thank you for Grace and thank you for being a merciful God in Jesus Name – Amen

Before you and I : Go ye out into the world!

Matthew 28:19-20 King James Version

19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:

20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

I had to ask myself am I really following the word of God~ in theory it seems I am but the world doesn’t seem to hear me.

It’s time for me to check myself or reck myself; how funny I can’t remember where that saying came from but how ironic it is as I believe this. Why because at times I feel poor in spirit at some point before I know without a shadow of doubt that in 2022 I been there but TGBTG The Lord always picks me up and everything seems to go away. I am so thankful!

In this new season I’m taking an inventory on myself with the help of God:

Spiritual Inventory Checklist

  • 1) What comes into my ears? “My son, give attention to my words; Incline your ear to my sayings.” – Proverbs 4:20 …
  • 2) What is within my heart? “Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it spring the issues of life.” …
  • 3) What is upon my lips? …
  • 4) What is before my eyes? …
  • 5) What is the direction of my path?

“My son, give attention to my words; Incline your ear to my sayings.” – Proverbs 4:20

I remember hearing a preacher preach on this that we ought to be very careful what we listen to what ultimately influences our mind. Are we equiping ourselves on Godly thoughts? In Ephesians 5:4; the Apostle Paul warn us to beware of foolish talk, coarse jokes, obsene stores

Ephesians 5:4, KJV: Neither filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor jesting, which are not convenient: but rather giving of thanks. Ephesians 5:4, NASB: and there must be no filthiness or foolish talk, or vulgar joking, which are not fitting, but rather giving of thanks.

We must follow the Word of God and remember we will never be perfect we can only strive towards perfection. What does that mean Keep the word of God in your heart,

With that being said; each day I must remeber or I must determine each day to take inventory of my life. Ask myself do I truly have a relationship with God, my family, my church and my friends. When reviewing my inventory I have to be honest. I have to ask God to help me see what he sees as they really are and I must be real with myself ~ am I exubriating appropriate behavior and not to continue sining but facing the sin and not excusing the sin. I believe this will put me on the right track.

Closing Prayer:

Abba, Father, you are the Alpha and Omega, the Beginning and the End. You are the Christ, the Son of the Living God. You are my Creator and my Counselor, guiding me daily to make wise decisions. You are my Comforter in sorrow, pain, or distress. I praise you for drawing near to me when I draw near to you. You are  El Roi; the God who sees me and you are Eternal Lord Halleiujah ~ You are my heavenly Father, and the father of the fatherless. How great are you and your faithfulness, God, day in and day out you are the true and living God~ You are holy, yet you made a way for me to approach you. I praise you for being my Helper, and for your Holy Spirit’s conviction, correction, and protection in my life. You are invisible, but I see you with eyes of faith. You are Jehovah God, and Jehovah Jireh, the One who provides for all my needs. I praise you as my Jehovah Rapha, my God who heals, and for being Jehovah Rah, My faithful Shepherd. You are not just King, but you are King of Kings, and Lord of Lords. And yes, you are Jesus, the name above all names. Amen!

Keep in mind ~I shall live and not die!

Psalms 17-18

17 I shall not die, but live,
And declare the works of the Lord.
18 The Lord has chastened[a] me severely,
But He has not given me over to death

It’s amazing how this scripture spontaneously or shall I say; how the Holy Spirit brought to me in remembrance this scripture. I also don’t want to get too spiritual for those who so happen to click on this post; after-all First off, my continuing seeking of the Lord is sometimes hot and sometimes cold. There is a scripture in the book of Revelations 3:6

v6; So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth

Therefore, whether I am cold or hot I become lukewarm and God our Father; doesn’t want us to be in that position. My ministry is to first put the question to me first and then talk to those who are either curious or who are lost or have fallen off track in their spiritual journey based on Jesus Christ. Believe me we have all in one way or another been there do I have a witness? In fact, in his word NLT: God saved us by his grace when we believed; And we can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God. Therefore, I either need to be all in or all out in this Jesus walk; The Father is not playing with us when it comes to serving him and him alone and for God’s sake do not let man take the place of God. We who are living after the Pandemic and still here should really be thanking God each and every day! I like to think that God saved a remanent in the World I pray is prevalent for this time as I am NOT the biblical scholar on end times. I would like to think because I am still here that God has a purpose for me (not to say for those who have lost their lives because of the Pandemic) but I myself know that I have fallen short of God’s grace on my own sins) but to God be the Glory he looked beyond my faults and has given me another chance! I found some scriptures about the remnant below: Whether, after the Covid-19 pandemic I would like to think that we maybe in some sort of category of the remnant~ humm; Theologians, scholars let me know…..

Bible Verses About Remnant

  • Romans 11:5 Even so then at this present time also there is a remnant according to the election of grace.
  • Romans 9:27 Esaias also crieth concerning Israel, Though the number of the children of Israel be as the sand of the sea, a remnant shall be saved:
  • Romans 11:1-36 I say then, Hath God cast away his people? God forbid. For I also am an Israelite, of the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin. God hath not cast away his people which he foreknew. Wot ye not what the scripture saith of Elias? how he maketh …
  • Romans 11:1-5 I say then, Hath God cast away his people? God forbid. For I also am an Israelite, of the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin. God hath not cast away his people which he foreknew. Wot ye not what the scripture saith of Elias? how he maketh …

My prayer to curious or lost and believers;

I pray Isaiah 45:8
God of Heaven, I pray that we see doors and see heaven be opened. Drip down, O heavens, from above, and let the clouds pour down righteousness. Let the earth be opened up and let salvation bear fruit, and righteousness spring up with it. I pray for blocked doors to be open and I thank You in advance for the breakthrough that You are going to give us. Thank You for who You are, Amen.

Yes, Get Desperate 2022

There are so many scenarios in the scripture that we can take away from when a person seems all hope is lost. It truly isn’t it easy to live by the Word of God.  You know God tells us to Love our neighbors as a perfect example.  What does this mean when you know there are some people that you want to pray Lord take them out now Jesus; but we know that’s not what that mean.  I mean for those who study the Word of God.

“Master, which is the great commandment in the law? Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.” Matthew 22:35-40

I love God ‘s wisdom when He makes us desperate for him.  Like many I have been in place that wasn’t a good place my take is that I put myself and that place or God allow me to be in that place.   Either way it was place that allowed me to get more desperate for him. So as the psalmist sings “I thank you for the Good and I thank you for the Bad”   God took me there so I could submit to him and thank God. Folks I got desperate to hate that feeling of letting people bring me to place where God doesn’t want me to go.

I can testify after that desperation joy began to fill my heart. I refused to let that  feeling take control of my thoughts of hate.  God made me desperate for Him.  I began to pray for the person knowing that it wasn’t their own actions but it was my prayer to pray  Ephesians 6:12 For we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places.  (New Living Translation)  One of my favorite preachers of all times John Piper (Desiring God website  shared an article by one of the co-founders)  by Jon Bloom in which he said “And it’s the lack of a sense of desperation for God that is so deadly. If we don’t feel desperate for God, we don’t tend to cry out to him. Love for this present world sets in subtly, like a spiritual leprosy, damaging spiritual nerve endings so that we don’t feel the erosion and decay happening until it’s too late”

An Excerpt 2 years ago…….I’m still amazed how this is relevant even today…. .

My sister-in law telephoned me singing and rejoicing that she received a good report from the Dr. that they no longer see any trace of the cancer that was previously shown on the x-ray.  I call to pray for her two nights ago as I was compel to call her and anyone that knows me when I hear God I do. I fast and prayed for two days. We thank God rejoicing and shouting of the goodness of the LORD and we began testifying of God ‘s grace and mercy.  I felt blessed that God used that moment while we were in prayer to remind us that prayer works.  Thank you Holy Spirit for bringing us together and now showing us both our ministry.  I love you Jesus and Thank you!

I pray that this article will bless just one.

BLESSINGS!

Yes, we are our Brother ‘s Keeper – Part 1

This Blessed me!

Genesis 4 King James Version (KJV)

And Adam knew Eve his wife; and she conceived, and bare Cain, and said, I have gotten a man from the Lord.

And she again bare his brother Abel. And Abel was a keeper of sheep, but Cain was a tiller of the ground.

And in process of time it came to pass, that Cain brought of the fruit of the ground an offering unto the Lord.

And Abel, he also brought of the firstlings of his flock and of the fat thereof. And the Lord had respect unto Abel and to his offering:

But unto Cain and to his offering he had not respect. And Cain was very wroth, and his countenance fell.

And the Lord said unto Cain, Why art thou wroth? and why is thy countenance fallen?

If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? and if thou doest not well, sin lieth at the door. And unto thee shall be his desire, and thou shalt rule over him.

And Cain talked with Abel his brother: and it came to pass, when they were in the field, that Cain rose up against Abel his brother, and slew him.

And the Lord said unto Cain, Where is Abel thy brother? And he said, I know not: Am I my brother’s keeper?

10 And he said, What hast thou done? the voice of thy brother’s blood crieth unto me from the ground.

11 And now art thou cursed from the earth, which hath opened her mouth to receive thy brother’s blood from thy hand;

12 When thou tillest the ground, it shall not henceforth yield unto thee her strength; a fugitive and a vagabond shalt thou be in the earth.

13 And Cain said unto the Lord, My punishment is greater than I can bear.

14 Behold, thou hast driven me out this day from the face of the earth; and from thy face shall I be hid; and I shall be a fugitive and a vagabond in the earth; and it shall come to pass, that every one that findeth me shall slay me.

15 And the Lord said unto him, Therefore whosoever slayeth Cain, vengeance shall be taken on him sevenfold. And the Lord set a mark upon Cain, lest any finding him should kill him.

16 And Cain went out from the presence of the Lord, and dwelt in the land of Nod, on the east of Eden.

17 And Cain knew his wife; and she conceived, and bare Enoch: and he builded a city, and called the name of the city, after the name of his son, Enoch.

There was no difference between Cain and Abel; other than that their offering was different. In essence they were both sinners like you and me.  We all heard this cliche “Are you your brother ‘s keeper” I heard one christian person that I know personally say “No” I’m tired of the nonsense of a person she knew and as she was going off I said without a shadow of a doubt that Yes, we are our brothers keeper. Cain isn’t much different than a whole lot us in today ‘s world.  The bible doesn’t give a clear background of the two brothers background like how were they when they were children etc.

Cain & Abel: The book of Genesis produce the first murder

People in the story
Cain means ‘acquiring’ or ‘producing’.
Abel means ’emptiness’ or ‘futility’.
God: in this story, God is a manifestation of Order and Harmony. The murder of Abel disrupts and offends universal harmony. There is a price to pay.

The story has 3 episodes:

  • Cain and Abel are sons of Adam, Genesis 4:1-2
  • Cain and Abel offer sacrifices to God, Genesis 4:3-7
  • Cain murders Abel and God punishes him, Genesis 4:8-16

Cain and Abel are the sons of Adam and Eve. Their father and mother committed the first sin. The two young men sin against each other, and this is the second sin. Mankind sins first against God, and then against each other.
At the heart of the story is a new idea: that lawlessness is contrary to the will of God, and when it happens, the good as well as the wicked suffer.

The Story in Brief
Cain was the first farmer. His brother Abel was an animal herder. They both offered a sacrifice to God. Because God was pleased with Abel’s offering of a lamb (God sacrifice was the shedding of blood) with the animals during this time)  but not with Cain’s offering from his harvest (one would think that since Cain was a tiller of the field that it would seemed that it was ok to give this as his offering) but that’s where we fail it’s not about us it’s about what God wants from us) , Cain was jealous. In a fit of anger he killed his brother. The earth itself turned against him: he could no longer grow crops, and became a wanderer without a home. Not only is there consequences of our sin (something we did) I believe this is were we fall short as I was thinking is there such a thing as knowing and “unknowing sins” and wow the Holy Spirit says yes ~ because when Cain slayed his brother he wasn’t thinking that the blood that flow out of him in the ground (which he was a tiller of fields; which I have to imagined he loved to do) that God cursed the ground for him not to work the grounds every again.  Can you imagine God taking away from you something that you love.  In fact, that’s what happens when we sin even today.  It’s so important to repent and confess and mean it when we go to God; So now I see the term “unknowing sin” for Cain; although murder is a sin; It almost seems that God is telling us to look what happen to Cain he didn’t think killing his brother any consequences; therefore you NEED to know that there are consequences of our sins and yes, God will forgive our sins and remember it no more; but I believe God wants us to know that we better be really careful (know) before we take action on our sins.

We also have to remember that there wasn’t any specific instructions that God gave to both of the brothers when asked for a sacrifice.  What is important is  Hebrews 11:4

4 BY FAITH Abel brought God a better offering than Cain did. BY FAITH he was commended as righteous, when God spoke well of his offerings. And BY FAITH Abel still speaks, even though he is dead.
Paul considered Abel’s actions so important to understanding faith, he offered Abel as his very-first example of a “hero of faith”: although having no instructions to follow, Abel trusted his offering would be pleasing to God (although he didn’t know for certain).  That’s what faith is: confidence that what you’re doing is pleasing to God, without having any tangible evidence or feedback upon which to rely (of course, once God voiced His approval of Abel’s offering, faith was no longer needed: Abel’s demonstration of faith was then validated).

Notice that while Abel’s sacrifice is described in great detail (“fat portions of some of the firstborn of his flock”), Cain’s offering is mentioned in passing (“some of the fruits of the soil”), i.e. there’s no mention of being Cain’s ‘first-fruits’ (i.e. the best of his crops).  The author is glossing over Cain’s offering, just as God did; and while not rejected per se, Cain and his offering are not seen by God as being particularly noteworthy.  Cain didn’t exactly fail (i.e. his offer wasn’t rejected), but he also didn’t earn God’s praise.  Cain simply met minimum standards: he just passed.  That’s just like falling into the trap when you hear believers say I just want to sit outside the gate of heaven; Nope ~ you want your crown and all the benefits that God has in store for. You want it all -you want to be in the gate sitting at the grand table with the Father!

Oh Yeah, Get Desperate 2021 ~ John Piper~ Fav 5 Preacher

Insurrection ~ Lord Help Now

I really wanted this to be over; but of course as a believer the Father is saying nope. It is such a shame that we as people let this happen. I’m going full frontal I’m guilty you are guilty everyone of us on the right as well as on the left. As managers presented their case for the world to see I’m saying Oh God O God FORGIVE ME~ We must say my brothers and my sisters of Christ. LORD I’M SORRY, I REPENT OF MY SINS, FORGIVE ME. I believe you are the God of Omniscient, God of Omnipotent and Omnipresence we are really ready to do what you ask. God of Heaven let justice prevail. We don’t want anyone who felt or feels that they are above the Law and most important above YOU! It is in your Name we Pray – AMEN

BLESSINGS!
